Steps to Register

Thank you for your interest in registering for the Benevon Workshop in the Chicago, IL area, on December 10–11, 2008. In order to begin the registration process, please complete the following steps:

1. Complete the online workshop registration form.
   
   
2. Read and approve Benevon's Registration Policy.
   
   
3. Review the confirmation page that appears after you submit a completed registration form. This page contains valuable information.
   
   
4. Complete Team Member Forms. If you are ready to submit the contact information for the members of your team that will be attending the workshop, you can proceed to the Team Member Form. Otherwise, you can submit Team Member Forms before the November 12, 2008 deadline by returning to the workshop information page.
