Registration Policy

Before you register, please review and agree to Benevon's Registration Policy:

  1. Acknowledgment: The participating organization acknowledges that it has reviewed the details about what this workshop includes, as well as a description of the full curriculum. If not, please visit the Benevon Curriculum for Sustainable Funding page and click through to the information pages about the particular workshop before proceeding further.

  2. Cancellation: If you withdraw from the workshop more than five (5) business days prior to the first day of the workshop, we will refund your tuition less the $1,000 nonrefundable deposit. If you withdraw from the workshop five (5) business days or less prior to the first day of the workshop, we will refund your tuition less the $1,000 nonrefundable deposit and less an additional $1,000. Full refunds will be given if the workshop is cancelled for any reason.

  3. Transfer: At any time, you may transfer to another workshop within one year of the receipt of your deposit. In such an event, all payments will be transferred to the new workshop including the $1,000 nonrefundable deposit; provided, however, that if you transfer to another workshop five (5) business days or less prior to the first day of the original workshop, all payments will be transferred to the new workshop less the $1,000 nonrefundable deposit.

  4. Copyright: The organization registering for the Benevon Workshop agrees to notify team members attending the workshop that all materials presented in any form are subject to and protected by all applicable copyright laws. The individuals and/or organization may not modify, publish, transmit, transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, without the expressed written consent of Benevon Inc. The materials are licensed, not sold, to the organization and its individual participants. Any disputes as to Benevon Inc.'s rights shall be subject to jurisdiction in Seattle, Washington, USA.

  5. Disclaimer: Benevon does not control any aspect of any specific solicitation in any jurisdiction at any time. It is understood that the participating organization shall at all times exercise complete control and approval over the content and volume of any solicitation for charitable purposes. Benevon does not and will not at any time solicit funds, assets, or property for charitable purposes, or employ, procure, or engage any compensated person to solicit, receive, or control funds, assets, or property for charitable purposes. Benevon reserves the right to deny registrations from any teams at our discretion. Benevon does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
