Costs
There is a food and materials fee of $300 per participant. Participants are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses.

Team Requirements:

• Your team must consist of at least your CEO, Executive Director, or equivalent position, and a board member; in addition, the Team Leader is recommended.

Registration
This workshop is open only to members of the Five-Year Sustainable Funding Program who have attended a Benevon 201, 301, 401, or 501 Workshop. Please see the Major Gifts Laboratory Web page for prerequisites.

Workshops fill up quickly on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to register early. Please do not register if you have any questions about your ability to attend and participate fully in the workshop. No registrations will be accepted after January 22, 2009.

Hotel Reservations
We have reserved a limited number of guest rooms for participants at the Sheraton Fort Worth Hotel and Spa under "Benevon". Room rates are $179 plus tax per room for single or double occupancy, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
